For me, it's not ENIC specifically; it's Levy. He juggles too many skittles and loses too many. He's proven to be incompetent too often.

(1) Morally upstanding owners who have ambition for the FC
(2) Morally upstanding owners with no ambition
(3) Morally bankrupt owners with ambition
(4) Morally bankrupt owners with no ambition
It was up to me (3) and (4) would not be allowed to own football clubs. But it’s not up to me - and in this reality (4) - ENIC is worse than (3). Simple.
Plus some Levybots were claiming that ENIC is asset rich but cash poor - but Lewis just plonked down a 300M bond - of course he could have gone to the wrong side of town and put up his wife’s jewelry as collateral for the bond but anyway …

Not for me, charisma doesn't hide that Johnson is a massive cunt and when I say I much prefer Levy to him, that speaks volumes.

That’s not strictly true. Could be tactical or financially beneficial
Being smart and getting football isn’t the same thing though. Levy is without doubt a quality money maker, he brokers deals, he gets big infrastructure projects done. He is a top draw businessman.
However there is little in his history to suggest he is a good football decision maker. Our recruitment of managers and players is all Sqaure pegs round holes. Get Lo Celso and Ndombele, two players who are suited to Possesion managers then get Jose, Nuno and Conte when Poch is sacked.
Football is holistic, everything from the top to the bottom has to be in sync like it is at City, Woolwich or even small teams like Brighton and Brentford. Levy has never provided a football vision, never articulated it other than ‘’DNA’’ quote before hiring defensive Nuno who is the total opposite of that.
Being ‘’smart’’ is subjective. The vast majority of people are good at somethings and bad at others, very rare in life you ever meet a superman who is rounded and good across the board. Levy is very good at certain things and total shit at others, but the problem in the past has been he doesn’t seem to delegate where he is shit. I was hoping with Scott Munn we could start to move away from that.
