Leviosis.Stabbed Poch in the back.
Sold Kane after years of false promises.
And if you think for a second if by some miracle Ange is the real deal, we wont fuck that up too, you’re not in reality.
Theres a sickness at this club.
You're a grown adult and you need me to explain why having a significant amount of money is better than not having money whatsoever?
People on here keep saying Brighton are well run.
Still not sold Caicedo have they.
First bid from Chelsea middle of July. £70m not high enough for Brighton.
That’s the football transfer market for you.
Buying club has to reach a figure the selling club agrees to.
Like if you sold a house today. Would you just accept the first bid if it was 25% below your own valuation?
Personally I’m just amazed we didn’t let this run till the last day of the window. Things are changing at THFC.

Never argue with an idiotYou didn’t write it would be better to sell him now rather then miss out on a fee next season, that would be a reasonable view. instead you described the prospect of him leaving for free next season as being a catastrophe. As a grown adult yourself I expect you know what catastrophe means. What are your motives?
If Kane stayed he would most likely have scored 25 goals, god knows how many assists and pre-assists. We are not going to spend his transfer fee in a way that will replace those crucial game winning contributions.
If Kane stayed we would be more likely to achieve top 5 and a cup win.
So keeping Kane & missing out on a transfer fee next season would not be a catastrophe. You used catastrophe to try to persuade others that Levy’s instinct to protect ENICs balance sheet is all important.
Interesting words by RDZ...and it applies to Spurs...unlike the ingrate ENICouters I'd like to congratulate ENIC for their stewardship of the club's soul and their nurturing of our spirit. Feeling on top of the world and looking forward to this season.
Thanks ENIC!
=======================================
This is kind of nonsense equivalence you're trying here. That player has at least 3 years left on his contract AND more than 1 club vying for his services...it's a seller's market for BHA. HK's situation is so friggin different with 11mos, old player, 1 club in it, BHA will easily replace him the way they replaced Biss, etc etc etc...and that's not even mentioning the drawn out saga over one of our own.
I’m sure he could have moved the negos along quicker with a more collaborative styleSo we should have just sold him for the first amount Munich offered then in your opinion?
He’s under contract. He wants to leave.
We got the best money and in the meantime have been spending it.
What else were we meant to do?
Well, not using Brighton whataboutery to make ourselves feel better would be a start.
As much as I'd prefer to be an optimist, that is the underlying reality. On the business side, fine, argue Levy has done a good job. On the football side, he is a mixed bag, but ultimately a failure. He is a stone in the shoe of the metaphorical Ange 'run'. Ange's positivity, no nonsense attitude and common sense approach will clash with Levy's 'business logic'. What is right for business and what is right for the manager/team/fans will never align with Levy. What we all know is that these two things CAN align. Alas, removing Levy is impossible, so we'll just have to make do with great attacking football and fingers crossed we get a managerial genius who can win in spite of Levy.Stabbed Poch in the back.

I wish that didn’t sound like a spell out of Harry Potter.
100%. That Kane deal has been in the cooker way before Ange arrived.Probably yes, wouldn't surprise me.
Like he wasn't aware Kane was leaving, he'd already been briefed so would have been preparing for life after Kane.
Sheringham was never “Spurs”. Had the “pleasure” of meeting him a few times. Nice enough fella, but not shy in regards admitting he said what he had to say for an easy life and was really a West Ham fan. So when he fucked off it didn’t mean much to him. That’s the facts. So why he has any pov now worth listening to I am not at all sure.Just a bit of an idiot tbh, the kind of idiot that means you're not even good enough to go and coach in India.
Its a sad day today, but I take one positive, many folk that used to believe things will change, are now voicing their displeasure.
I've read about 20 posts prior to this response and all want ENIC and Levy OUT!!! Even the Dislike squad have gone into hiding. Let's take this and make it count. No more spending on anything Spurs related until Levyneser Scrooge is gone.
Just as Conte called itStabbed Poch in the back.
