Wasn't expecting the interview to be honest, why do it?
If that wasn't a sign that the anti Levy stuff is hitting home nothing is.
It has gone horribly every time he's tried because he's really bad at it.
So he's hired someone to sell him, which is what smart billionaires do.
It's cynical and won't get us anywhere on the pitch, but the club has acres of room to improve in its PR and communications.
Vinai mentioning he's excited to speak with the Supporters Trust for instance. He's not, and nothing productive will come from those conversations, but just slapping a smile on your face and letting THST yell at you for a couple hours every 6 months just keeps the machine well oiled and ticking over.
