ENIC In or ENIC Out

Well. We invest a lower proportion of our overall club revenue in our playing squad than every other football club in every major league in Europe so..... 🤷‍♂️
Draw your own conclusions, matey

You either don't know what those words and numbers mean, or you're being ignorant to make a point.

Revenue is income before costs. I know you like to pretend it doesn't actually exist, but we have over £1bn of stadium to pay for. How many other "football clubs in every major league in Europe" have that? Maybe the biggest club in the world that's next to us on that chart (Real Madrid).

If ENIC sold up tomorrow, and I mean sold the whole shebang including the stadium to owners who prioritise winning then I would be the first to say "Cheers Daniel. 25 years of pain but 25 years of glory to look forward to thanks to your effort"

Sadly, however, I think he's here for years to come so long as he can keep milking the cow and so long as fans keep swallowing his bullshit.
ENIC’s real project is just starting - The hotel just began construction and it’s just the first of many high rises and other buildings to come.

ENIC wants to achieve real estate development GLORY for the club. So doubt Levy/ENIC are going anywhere soon.

So shouldn’t we as supporters come up with chants and songs for “Our Team” (per the club website) - our Real First Team:

- F3: Plays Architect and Interiors
- ARUP: Versatile as they can play Designer, Planner, Engineer and Technical Specialist
- REFORM: Always dangerous as Landscape Architect

At this point, Levy’s priority is clear init

In the funding for infrastructure coming from the club? I don’t think that can be answered. I agree it looks that way but I’m not 100% sure
On the Skyscraper City forum about the stadium & other projects Wine Gum is the expert on all things regarding building works, according to him all property west of the High Rd was transferred to another ENIC company registered offshore in the Bahamas and no longer directly owned by the club.
How it's all being funded I have no idea but no one ever seems to provide the proof from Tottenham Hotspur Limited accounts that money is being diverted for these projects , it should all be in there if money is being spent.

Re the hotel last time I had a look at the site midway through last season no work was being done, Levy himself has said the club needs investment to pursue the projects.

"To capitalise on our long-term potential, to continue to invest in the teams and undertake future capital projects, the Club requires a significant increase in its equity base."

'We're the F3, we're the F3, we're the F3 Tottenham ' ..

also, please do not refer to the club as 'Tottenham'.. stick to the branding ?

Pundits used to give opinions and verdicts based on their playing and managing experiences, and their knowledge of the game.
Critiques are now based on the unashamed bias of clowns like Merson, Keown and Cunty, who constantly embarrass themselves and have no professional integrity.
Better to let the world think you a fool, than open your mouth and remove all doubt.

Because it isn't a binary argument.

Very similar to the Brennan Johnson support. It's completely obtuse to say "he's shit and we should sell him" just because he isn't prime Messi.

Luckily, unlikely the above, we don't based our entire personality on the position.

This is what super triggered people want everything to be. Its a personality trait.

They like to see the world in a binary format because it makes understanding it easier and also, because they are addicted to the dopamine they get from being outraged.

There are countless studies that back this up .... at this point its not even up for a debate.

Weren't you one of the posters that threw your toys out the pram when Levy / ENIC supporters were likened to people with Stockholm syndrome!

Listen to yourself, man

I wonder if all your acolytes will line up to call out your nonsense 🤔

Let’s hope he stays out of Frank’s way, I believe that one of the problems that previous managers have had is that Levy micro-manages them and undermines their authority. That much was evident in the Amazon series when Danny Rose, having got no joy from Jose, expected to go over his head straight to Levy.
It was a bit ridiculous seeing Levy having his breakfast with the players. Funny when Danny sidled up to him while he was having his cornflakes. Q. Anything about my loan to Milan, Daniel. A. No just Bournemouth.

The club isn’t a PLC (publicly listed) so the accounts don’t go into a lot of detail. So it’s impossible to provide proof through the accounts.

But c’mon where do you think the money for the real estate pre-development is coming from (getting the planning permissions, architectural plans, feasibility studies, legal documents, etc) ? And where is/will the equity for construction come from? Father Christmas?

See page 29 - “Other Operating Expenses -£161,367”’ (in thousands) - there’s no detail. Presumably the £163.3 million covers everything from player meals to the architectural fees paid to the our team members F3.

Page 22 -Cash flow from “Acquisitions of property, plant and equipment” = negative £“(43,000) (in thousands” - What is that?? 43 million quid spent for training cones?

Hard to tell much from these Accounts but if you can make heads or tails of it mate - Please let us know.

Such a pseudo intellectual.

Wrong about everything yet still think you know the answers to everything. I could certainly question your morals in many ways so I don’t know why you feel a right to judge people’s psychological states.

I've felt since the start of the EPL that the end game for some owners would be a World super league
outside of FIFA,
with its own football laws/rules,
where the players only play for that club (not their country)
you woud have the best of the best players, who once their contracts were up the FIFA clubs would be falling over themselves to get them (if they wanted more money)
running its own TV channels, at price so folks won't bother with priate streams
I don't think such a competiton would kill players playing for their country.

It's often mooted by hopeful supporters that FIFA would ban players who joined a Super league, but this is a complete fantasy. There is nothing in FIFA's history that should give anyone the impression they'll be a white knight. They'll be there in line with their hands out, as well.

In any event, even if FIFA did ban them, the World Cup spins up a lot of money and FIFA doesnt own a patent on the concept of international football. Either the SL would create their own, or someone else would. Or the IOC, an equally corrupt organization to FIFA, would see a big opportunity to finally make their football tournament meaningful.

I wonder why he seems to attend all the matches?

Maybe it's some sort of masochism, having in endure something of no interest on at least a weekly basis (probably more) for about 25 years, creates some sort of arousal in his bald head.
As chairman of the club, he is under obligation to do so.
He probably does want the club to win the league,he isn't prepared to do what it takes.
