I ain't laughing at Everton.

It could easily be us if we make some bad signings, both in terms of the manager and obviously players on the next year or two.

We are not immune.
Lol are you mad. Do you know anything at all about Daniel Levy and ENIC. Laugh as much as you want. Our financial situation in comparison to them is literally like night and day. We 100% are not a business whose turnover to salary ratio is utterly unequitable. We ain't doing a Leeds Everton or anyone else. In fact the special Olympics financial super prudent Cup is only thing we are winning. Guns and Roses Lady Gaga and the NFL are not having their hubcaps nicked at the Lane. Relax we are safe in the loving arms of big D.

Levy and ENIC have been quite happy to be continually bummed by Abramovich for the last 20 years just to keep the club accountants happy. If anything they're too responsible when it comes to the club's finances. Seems like every transfer is a protracted saga of negotiating, bids and counter offers to get the best possible deal.

Did you forget the first lockdown where Levy wanted to furlough lots of fairly low paid staff?

He is what’s the word for it , unique that’s it

It's a broken record by now, but Everton's problem is constantly wasting huge sums of money on "champagne players" who had a name, but are now below standard.

According to this video, their wage bill is £165 million, or 89% of their revenue:

Using Chelsea as a comparison when talking about finances is maybe not the best idea considering what's happening with them.

Just so it's clear.... The X is for implying we should be like Chelsea.

Fuck the sports washing cunts and all those like them.

If they go down, do you think Fwank will give back the wages he’s stolen and turn down any contractual payout owed for his severance?

After the Burnley result today they are seriously fucked. Could they possibly be the biggest club to ever get relegated from the prem in its 30 year history?

Well debate between them and Aston Villa and Leeds who are also big clubs.

I could give less of a fuck.

Their fans suck.

Can't stand them.

Nasty bunch of pricks.

And Imagine bringing in fatboy frank to save the day. :mourloopy:

lol What a disaster.

Everton defo the biggest of the 3.

Just as the PL was about to be formed the top teams in England, the big 5, were - United, L'pool, Everton, Spurs and Goons. Everton had won the Div 1 title twice in the past 4-5 years. Nearly did the treble one of those. Won the CWC in great style then too. Great history to the club with stacks of titles and FA cups. Relegated last in 1951 (?)

Leeds for most of their history have been poor relations to the RFL club in the City. Until Revie took over in the 1960's they were a lower div team. After the Ridsdale fiasco it has taken them AGES to get back to PL.

Villa, founder members I think of the football league, but fell away badly in the 50-60's. Purple patch for 2 years when won Div 1 and European Cup, but have yo-yo'd in and out of top flight since then.

Of the 3, Everton are the one who could really compete at the very top sustainably if they got their act together. Shocking that they are staring at relegation, and for the 3rd time in the PL.

going down

burnley have been here before many times, and everton are not used to it

to be fair to everton they need to go down, they have a good academy, get rid of their shite and build from there

it did aston villa good

I read that Everton fans think that if they do go down that they will only be in the championship for one season.
I agree…..
They will be in league one the next season!!!!!😂😂😂
