I said Paratici would do this when they had that sit down on the couch . Lange looked like the guest at his wife's cuck party. Im not dipping in to stero types( my in laws are all from Northern italy and my woman works in the film industry there) but Italians want to work with each other and can be very single minded in this regard. Look how they done Nuno. Personally Id like to be rid of them all.

He wouldn’t have joined his arch rivals if there was any club loyalty involved. It’s a business to them, nothing more, nothing less.

Regardless what you think of him, to lose the lad.who the club described as the one to do the transfer windows only a few days before the window opens is a shit show.
We really are one of the worst run clubs in the PL, all the advantages the club has yet 17th last year, 14th now, 5 wins in league at home in a calendar year, shit squad, at best an average manager and owners who A) don't care and B) couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery

We’ve become a mess with him. All these loans with obligations/options deals have had knock on effects in future windows.

Italian clubs are all financially fucked because of the same sort of pattern of player trading.

They then all end up with bloated squads, have hundreds of players either on loan or out on loan, and can’t shift any of them.

A few good pick ups, but hardly unheard of magical finds.

Club will be better without him.

I still believe this club is ready made for Rangnick. Think he would work well with Frank and his coaching set up.
 
Getting rid of Levy was what we wanted but what it’s created is a total shit show behind the scenes . Until ENIC sell I really can’t see the dial at the club being moved , we are constantly changing roles behind the scenes , the transfer window opens in a week and our director of football is jumping ship , it’s a total mess . At least with levy he was involved day to day ( I don’t want levy back ) I’ve no idea who is in control anymore . This window is huge in the sense we need reinforcements and will tell us if there is any ambition , although I think we all know the answer .

On balance, he’s been a complete shit show. At his best, he was a meme with his stupid, boomer headphones walking around on the blower and acting busy. At his worst, he was a scandalous embarrassment.

Not bothered he’s jumping ship now but also not convinced Vinai is going to hire someone better or with even half the football nous and contacts.

Yeah I think it is a perfect example of how badly we are run as a club.

I'll keep saying it until I'm blue in the face, it wont change until we get new owners.
 
Stupid timing, just in advance of the January window.

I appreciate a list of targets will have been agreed well in advance of the window, there will be others not on list that we may need to re-consider if any on our list of targets don't come ...... and he will know the owners/DoF's of the players we want to buy very well, and those relationships are the hardest thing to replicate, it can be done but takes months not days or weeks. And Lange will not know as many as Paraciti does ....... and then there are the players we want to move on such as Bissouma et al where Paraciti (for Spurs ) should have had conversations with their agents onn the leaving terms ..... all information about to be lost.

We may have that ManCity guy starting as Paraciti leaves, but almost inevitably a lot of knowledge of Spurs desired players and contacts at clubs will be lost.

Everyone needs to reduce their expectation of January transfer window.
 
He's being a bit of a prick leaving like that after the club kept him around when he was banned. Been more decent to wait until the summer and give the club more notice, probably going to be a terrible January transfer window now with cry-baby Lange at the wheel.
 
Shocking incompetence from Vinai to allow this to go down pre TW. The only other thing is...Pochettino and Paratici is a non starter. Its obvious Lange will take any BS, so looks like the set up being tweaked for a change of direction. Back to the committee with prehaps Poch having the say,Lange using the data and the bloke in from city actually doing the contract negotiations.

I’ve witnessed businesses get rid of a key executive they thought they could do without and it’s often not readily visible how ingrained they are across all aspects of the business until they’re gone.

One business I was involved in got shot of the MD and they had to eventually replace him with four new posts, he juggled so much effortlessly. The business went to the dogs after he left and was never quite the same again losing a lot of engineering expertise.

It wouldn’t surprise me at all if the manner of Levy’s dismissal has caused a significant amount of instability behind the scenes with key personnel thinking ‘sod this!’ and jumping ship.

ENIC do not give a shit. Zero. Neither does Agent Vinnie. Neither will that twat City kid they gonna sign soon as Football Ops director.

They rake in 4.5mil every home game, even when most end up in defeat cause there'll always be fans and matchday tourists to buy beer & merch...plus the world's most expensive ST.

Add to that the PL telly money, CL/EL tv rights whenever we play European footy. Even finishing bottom half in the PL brings in tens of millions through bonuses.

The stadium keeps getting booked for lots of non-football events...generating sick revenue.

The club (sorry...the brand) gets partnership & sponsorship offers left, right & centre...Paris Baguette, friggin Pet Foods shite...all willing to cough up mega bucks to appear on the club's various platforms.

We're at that stage where it don't friggin matter to them if the team finishes 15th on the regular, cause the football money is still good but mainly the club makes enough through property, entertainment & commercial deals. Plus the club's name, reputation & assets allow them to borrow zillions from banks at favorable rates. And if one day the shit hits the fan, they'll just fill their boots before doing a runner and let us fans pick up the shattered pieces.

It's been a scam, a criminal enterprise for 25 years. And it's not gonna end anytime soon cause too many of us just keep bending over & saying thank you for the privilege.

It’ll matter to them when some of lucrative sponsorship deals don’t get renewed.

Top businesses want to be associated with clubs near the top of the table not the bottom.
