The league has gone, now we fight to confirm 2nd place. We have the perfect opportunity to show the rest of England that we mean business going forward as well.

Southampton are a tricky said, they've had a good season, and look good against City.. Although the City were shite. We need to be 100% behind the boys and thank them for the brilliant ride they've given us this season, as I'm sure they'll thank us after the game.

As for the line up, who knows what will come from the Chelsea games with suspensions and outcome of that brawl.

[formation=4231, Lloris, Walker, Alderweireld, Vertonghen, Rose, Dembele, Dier, Lamela, Eriksen, Son, Kane][/formation]

If Dembele is suspended then Mason in for him.

Big performance needed, lets embarrass Woolwich one more time.

Probably doesn't need to be said but I expect our fans to sing loud and proud at this one. Show those boys that it doesn't matter if they didn't win the league, we are behind them always. Hopefully by full time we can also be able to give some back to the gooners as we confirm finishing above them.

It all depends on the referee report with Dembele. From replays it looks like the linesman saw it, if he didn't feel it necessary to tell the ref then Dembele might get away with it.

Alderweireld was standing after the game, may of just been a small knock. He'll do all he can to be fit for Sunday, especially last home game and against Southampton.

We win and we finish 2nd. That's the motivation. Finish as high as possible and looking to the next thing which is to break our high points record.

Clattenburg's report should go straight in the bin - there's no way he can adequately cover all the incidents without making himself look incompetent.

Woolwich's last game of the season is villa,so worst case scenario they beat city ,make this a MUST win game for us.
-Need big home support to ensure we finish 2nd.
- We will probably drop points to newcastle because they will be fighting for their lives on the final day.

Agreed - but who's better than that currently available?

It's a problem, last season's Mason is an adequate fill in, this season he has gone backwards not as much as Bentaleb did. Last season he seemed to be aggressive and was quite controlled in the middle. This season he looks like Tom Carroll, just anonymous when we are under pressure.

The only alternative I can think of was if Toby was fit and play him as DM which he did very well at Saints on occasion but it looks like Toby might be injured so yeh either Mason or Carroll which means Dier has to play amazing.

A few players crossed the line last night, however they are probably aware that clattenburg never sees things that cross the line.
