None of the 18/19 Tottenham shirts have grown on me at all. I think it's been our worst season since Under Armour decided what we all wanted was for 30% of the home kit to be plastered with bright yellow. So I've been looking further afield.

As a card carrying Commie who should just go and marry Russia if I love it so much I am rather enamoured with Clapton CFC's away kit this season. Mine arrived yesterday, a mere two and a half months after I ordered it. And who said socialism was inefficient?

Here I am, with my modesty artfully intact, in the fine item:

This season I also quite like the PSG Jumpman Champions League shirt. But I would rather parade around in a full Woolwich kit than wear anything to do with that club. Which is a shame.

Any other decent kits this season? Or is appreciating another team's garms a cardable offence? Can't help feeling like I am walking a tightrope here.

Treason!

It's fucking annoying though

We have immaculate white and beautiful blue as our colours with a very sexy and stylish badge yet these cunts can't make a decent kit out of it.

So many Nike kits at the mo are a bit of a car crash. I raise a toast to any calamity which befalls Barcelona (the club, not the city - the city itself is great), but they must have the prize for the most fucked-about kit of recent years.

Always liked Portland Timbers shirts, and this season's is a beaut:

That is fresh. Is it Portland who have some lads cutting up a log with a chainsaw at the side of the pitch when they're winning a game? Pretty sure I didn't dream that. 90% sure I didn't dream that.

I may have to switch my MLS allegiance to Portland.
Yeah, I've been wanting to pick a team over there for ages, but being very indecisive. Think Timbers just edge it because of stuff like this and their kit being really nice.

Always keep an eye on the LA teams because I've been there (not been to many US cities and think having been to a place is a better reason for picking a team than most), and Toronto as their fans seem decent, and I find their hero worshipping of Danny Dichio endearing. Quite like the Sounders too, but then none of these other teams have a great big fuck off log behind the goal

I've not been to the US myself. I picked Sounders initially because I liked their garish bright green kit and I thought that video of the guy trying to get the crowd going by shouting "FIGHT... AND... WIN!" was very funny. It's hard to top a man cutting a log pitchside while the game is actually going on, though!

Although i really dont like Barcelona, this remains one of the fav shirts in my collection. Stopped collecting jerseys last year as i dont know where to put them and spending all that dosh on stuff that just remains in the closet is a bit overkill

I'm ordering a Portland shirt.

My missus is going to kill me. Again.

EDIT: Actually I just looked at the price. $156?! I'm not trying to buy cocaine here!

Ha, I'm always buying shit like that and just hiding it from the wife, then I might wear it a few months later. She'll ask if it's new and I'll tell her I've had it aaaaages.

I've got way more football shirts than is healthy. Quite a few lower league Spanish clubs, bought off Classic Football Shirts when they have a sale. Not even sure how many I've got but I guess when I include my Spurs shirts it's a couple of hundred. I don't even wear the things other than sometimes around the house or the rare occasion I play football
