That said, it was the CEO / chairman who bought Eriksen. Conte has always been pretty direct in his communication, and in fairness did work with Eriksen to fit his skillset into his system.

Lamela wasn’t an amazing player but he made up for his shortcomings with his grit and determination - the will to fight for the badge, team and supporters.
Lo Celso just didn’t want to play football unless it was for Argentina.
