Totally agree. For the amount of money the bloke cost, I expect a lot more. I've seen nothing in him to suggest that he's a top 6 quality player. Same goes for that fucking fraud, N'dombele.

Spends too long on the ball - but that seems to be a feature this season - I assume it’s down to the lack of movement ahead of him.

Did you even look at how we set up when Leeds were attacking?? he was absolutely nowhere to be seen. Look at the positions he picks up, he's nowhere near the game.
It's clear to the whole world him and Ndombele both have atrocious positional sense and can't play together which is actually something Mourinho got right. They both have the ability to look decent in patches but for the most part they are poor in picking decent positions to help the team defensively.
What Ndombele has over Lo Celso is the ability to dribble his way through opposition midfield whilst Lo Celso just continues to hold the ball. Hold, Hold, Hold, Look up, attempt to get ball onto Left foot and pass. As I said, he is capable of doing something Good in patches which kind of blinds the fans who forget how completely anonymous he was previous.

On both of our goals today it was Lo Celso starting off the play, something that only him and Ndombele can do in our squad. He then made another great break and pass to kane that Kane then fucked up or GLC would have been responsible for all 3 of our chances.
PEH, Moura, Winks, Sissoko, Alli, Lamela- none of them are able to do that job that GLC and Ndombele do. That is a major problem that we have, we rely way too much on them and are useless when one of them aren't on the pitch.
Without the ball GLC is great. He is the best tackler in MF, works hard to get around and is smart enough to be in the right position.

Thought that the only times we looked threatening today was when Lo Celso dribbled (3 or 4 times) through their midfield.
