Wait, I thought he just won the golden boot with almost the same squad we had last season? Isn’t that what the morons were screaming about?

Errrrrr he scored last season in this team, with shit managers
Is this based on performances, goals or assists?
It is based on observing those around him.Is this based on performances, goals or assists?
I’m not feeling any of them

But remember, Levy should have taken the money.
I’m feeling he’s better than the alternatives in the squad, so gets his place. Is this based on performances, goals or assists?

I should start by making it clear I'm not trying to defend Kane, but these types of stats (as you've acknowledged, in fairness) aren't necessarily that reliable. That list shows all the games weve played without Kane . apparently 37 games and weve won 21 times So...'time and again' isnt wrong. 21 times is time and again. If anything those numbers show that we win slightly more points per game when he isnt playing. Doesnt take into account who we played and all that, but we are certainly not lost without Kane or need him to carry us.
Definitely true. But if we are winning games at a similar rate when Kane is not playing as when he is playing, he wasnt 'carrying' us.I should start by making it clear I'm not trying to defend Kane, but these types of stats (as you've acknowledged, in fairness) aren't necessarily that reliable.
If, for example, we take 'points-won-whilst-playing' as a reliable indicator of performance, you might be surprised to learn that Winks comes top, having won 64.7% of the points available. Next comes Lloris on 63.7, with Son, Kane & Dier (in that order) all in the 62—63% range.
I doubt, however, you'd find anyone here arguing Winks was our best player.

Son and lucas were as bad, in sons case worse. We basically had nothing upfront
Lucas was essentially Kane's shadow all game. Wasn't on the right as much as he should have been, unless that was the instruction?Son and lucas were as bad, in sons case worse. We basically had nothing upfront
Nobody offered 100m for Kane.yea this year his stats are poor, see what they are saying at the end of the season.
i wanted kane gone in the summer too 100 mill should of been accepted...theres a reason he was being chased for 100 mill and no other useless cunt in this squad!
city would of paid that
