Look, at the end of day, City won’t be paying what we want and Pep’s desperate statement yesterday is proof of that. They have upset the apple cart and are trying to get him on the cheap, pricks!!!! Harry was on holiday after a long hard golden boot winning season and little rest in the post season due to the seemingly now media forgotten European champions competition. That is what should happen but I can only see that occurring if he signs with a proper agency. His brother isn’t going to be able to broker that with levy. He’ll come out with Kane having another 6 year contract on lower wages if he tries to negotiate that with levy.

We need to ensure that as and when Kane is sold that as a club we can say we provided him with a team that could compete.
For me that has been the case for 5 or 6 years. It includes the squad of players and the manager. Let us not forget that we were top for a period last season with one of the greatest Prem managers of all time. That same manager said he had a squad that could compete. Why it went so wrong after the Palace game no one knows.
It is of course fair to say we lack the absolute quality that is needed to sustain a challenge but we have enough to build on.
As a club our structure, our acquisitions and most importantly our player development must be better. Much better.
But Kane has 100% had a platform on which he could have brought us trophies and against that metric he should look at himself because he has fallen short at the BIGGEST MOMENTS. No Question.
Kane's actions in the last 4 months towards this club are something I will never condone. They have been arrogant and contemptuous.
If Kane comes back and scores goals I will celebrate because I am a Spurs fan but gone are lauding him beyond that.
But let's ensure that when he goes we are not left on our knees.

Well the issue is . He's not just taking holiday. He's telling the club I'm going on holiday and I don't care what you think/do.
When there's a new coach , new D.O.F etc.. in you should be looking to impress and meet them. This is quite unprofessional and disrespectful still in my opinion.

I guess the difference here is that I don’t beilive a word that’s not from an official source and then it’s Nuno comment vs Harry. I pick Harry. I get that it’s easy to believe the story, but it doesn’t make sense to me as much as it does to you. I can believe the club would allow negative press they didn’t explicitly state and Harry performs well under pressure.

Apart from giving into them on a sale and then them continuously coming back for you best players, not selling to them because of that completely makes sense And is pretty obvious.

Say in the Bundesliga Dortmund's best players usually get snapped up by Bayern
Whereas here the PL clubs such as United,Liverpool,Chelsea,Us etc.. are determined not to sell our star players to other rival clubs or the 'top club - Man City'. This is good as it keeps the league competitive.
Obviously the main reason for not selling Kane is because he's our best player and was the best player in the league last season so why would you sell a world class player.
exactly my point few days ago. We sell Kane to City and it’s a viscous circle. Who’s to say in 5/6 years time they don’t do exactly the same with Scarlett ? If we make City hate dealing with us, then they will never try for our top players ever again. Fergie never used to sell his top players to any direct premier league rival. If Spurs want to get back where we were under Pochettino, then selling Kane too City isn’t the way to go. All it does is put City streets ahead of everyone again. Fuck City and their oil money. They have Jesus upfront and should be thankful they can buy trophies the pricks. The way they have turned the Spurs fans against our star man ie disgusting. I'm not a Enic/Levy apologist, but facts are facts. The cunt has three years to run on a contract he happily signed, and the club he's been flirting with for probably a year are taking the piss with their valuation or offer. The player, despite his laughable statement has not returned as expected.
I'd love nothing more than Kane to stay, completely understand his desire and drive to win things he probably won't here.
But ALL of this right now is on Kane, and one of the few times that Levy is in the right.
