The problem here is that Winks wants his playing time at this club, even when it affects the result, and performance of the team negatively. Oblivious to his own shit performance. If you're a true fan, when it comes to conflict of interest, you should prefer better result for the club than your own interest "playing for the club". It's both big picture beneficial on both personal and professional interest . Only fraud selfishly prioritizes self serving when everyone else suffer.
Put it this way. This guy is supposed to be Spurs through and through, he's supposed to know the club very well. When he senselessly complains to his tabloid friends about playing time, other players who has little to none Spurs connection would feel justified to do the same thing. The culture at this club went to shit, as players know that they can outlast the managers and continue with their shitty performance at the initial stage of the new manager. The vicious cycle repeat itself when the new manager again drop them.
If they act up like that, then as Barcelona, Real Madrid show, the supporters find a solution to deal with the diva by booing the shit out of them. Club legend or not.
