Yeah. Kane has gone from top assister in the league and setting up half of Son's goals last season to not good enough, all in the space of a few months.
Son doesn't need Kane to score, assist and contribute. At all.

Only player that can grab the game by the scruff of the neck on this team. He doesn't need the ball to be served on a silver platter to make a difference.

^^^^^ Love this.

Just musing here. He may or may not be the greatest player for Spurs (depending on why you support Spurs or for how long) but he’s up there with Gary Mabbutt for the nicest. What a great human being aside from his remarkable ability.

Not at all. We have shown time and time again that we cope without Harry. Sonny makes the difference.

But you can definitely say that Son is highly unlikely to be as effective as he was last season without Kane, seeing as Harry set up half of his goals. Our team is better with both in it if they're not so out of form, as Harry has been. Despite what a few plums here say.

The thing is, Jose made every go through Kane, so I think it made Son seem less important than he is.

Well Kane was immense for the most part last season, and Son had a great season obviously too, so you can say that it worked. Considering the squad we have it makes sense to build the team around both or one of them.

What do you think? Should we sell Kane for 75 million + add ons In January and really start to build the team around Son? Or is that too much for a player of Kane's caliber?
No, that isn’t enough.

We’ve been through this before; their first offer was 75+25; but Fabrizio Romano said informal bid of £130m was made later in window.
They need a striker, and Kane’s poor form is due to his head not being in it (VVD had poor form in his last 4 months at Southampton), he’s still a class player.
Think we can sell him for £120m; perhaps 100 up front with 20 in easily achievable add ons.

Remember when our fans kept insisting Eriksen was worth ~80 million

Better to be realistic and move fast rather than hold off and create a lose/lose/lose situation for all parties.

Son had his highest goal and assist total of his career, I am not sure how that made him seem less important than he was.
Because everyone says it was Kane feeding him the goals. It’s not wrong but the whole philosophy was get it to Kane. I just think Sonny could carry a team if he was given the chance.
