Don't know about you guys but I'm a little concerned about his current tendency to keep punching the ball when he should be comfortably fucking catching it. Has he always been a 'puncy' keeper because I swear I don't remember him doing it so excessively last season?
“Let’s say in England football is different than in France, notably in game speed,” Lloris told France Football. “No one is giving up too. I discovered that coming here.
“In England there is a lot of contact in the box, a lot of quality crosses. A lot of presence too. Here, the keeper is less protected than in France or in European competitions. It is important to know to fight, notably on corners.
“I have always heard I am not strong enough, I didn’t have the right body for that league. That is no trouble to me, as long as you know your body and your qualities and drawbacks.
“Since I have been in England I didn’t rush into body-building. I have gone on working as I did in France, but adapting to the different approach of the keeper’s position.
“I always had a risky game. I have always tried to control my box, and even a bit further away.
“I want to be the boss of the area. Then, sometimes you get success, sometimes not.”

Clearances past half way with his head!Basically up to the halfway line - Hugo's ball.
Not so much lately.Fav player after the beast. He just doesn't give a fuck. Sure with his style of play your sure to get the odd blunder but the way he controls his area is world class.
Not so much lately! When you see a side break against us and the cameras haven't caught up you just know Loris is gonna pop into the picture with a crunching tackle (winning the ball to boot)
I haven't seen a 90-minute performance from Hugo since Craven Cottage in early December. We need him on top form for the remainder of the season if we are top push for top 4, particularly playing as open as we do under Sherwood as we are bound to allow more shots on goal.
