Ex-Spurs Player Hugo Lloris

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

The only truly irreplaceable player we have in my eyes, to find a world class keeper is almost impossible at the moment. Even if we lost Eriksen or JV we could probably get in similar players, but not Hugo

This isn't exactly a definitive answer but it's a step in the right direction. Here's hoping he stays.

“It’s not me who makes it uncertain anyway. I feel very well at Tottenham,” said Lloris.

“It was a complicated year, but rich learning of a human and pro standpoint.

“I’m a Tottenham player, still under contract, and now I’m only focused on France."

Not convinced.

My impression of Lloris is that he wanted/wants to challenge himself. Hence, he wanted EPL football. Being a Parisian, he appreciates London. And seems the type of character (watch and learn Vert) who dose not give up at the first hurdle and has a sense of loyalty. I think this boy will remain in London and at WHL for at least another season for these reasons.

COYS!!

No bigger challenge in football than keeping net for us.

I've read/heard players say worse than he has about what will happen to them. For example,

'I will sit down with the club and assess what will happen when I get back from the world cup'

Along those lines anyway, I've heard that sort of thing far too many times before, no commitment to the club from what they are saying.

Whereas Hugo seems like he wants to improve on this season from what he's said.

Totally agree, he is the one player I don't want to lose for the reasons you state. As I said in a previous post he really seems to care and looks like he hates losing - could do with a few more like that.

Not seen this thread been updated in a while, This was on Hugo's Facebook page....

DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING FROM ANYONE ANYWHERE ON THE INTERNET!!!

Unless Hugo personally comes round my house for coffee and tells me himself how much he's delighted at Poch's appointment, then I won't be holding my breath!!
