Pleasantly surprised we have managed to get someone with some semblance of prior management experience, was pretty resigned to seeing Mason in the dugout again for Woolwich, read he's preferred a back 3 in the past which suits the squad as it is atm, Porro is at his most useful relieved of some of his additional defensive duties in a back 4, although Udogie being unable to string two games together does leave us scrambling to find an appropriate player for that side, Spence operates more like an old school full-back on that side and can't see him contributing much offensively making us pretty lopsided IMO, we've already had issues all season with all our threat coming down one side.
Need to rally behind the man! If im sure of anything im sure he won’t be as awful as Frank was!

I think the other three are fine as centre backs in a 3…. It’s a different position to playing CB in a back 4. Think Spence will flourish tbh. But yeah if VDV gets a knock it will be different
