Manager Igor Tudor

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I think he’s just trying to spark a reaction from them and working out who can do what. His post match comments speak volumes.
Yep I’ve just watched it now.

He’s got the measure of this bunch for sure.

I hope he drops the ones that aren’t up for the scrap even if that means putting academy players into the line up.

I’d be speaking to the academy manager tomorrow and getting a list of those he feels can contribute and get them into training.

He keeps going on about problems are deep. What is he meaning by that it sounds so so bad. It's almost like the players don't want to play or something or they can't stand the people at the top.

Call me nuts but he’s not the right manager , the system doesn’t suit the players , we needs to be 4231 , where was Solanke playing today , where was Gallagher , Xavi meant to be , it’s totally imbalanced . It feels very Amorim , system before personnel. We’ve got one more throw of the dice with a new manager bounce and If there was anyone else available I wouid change it now . This guy without a doubt ( with the help of the players ) is taking us down .

He needs to play the kids

He needs to bring some of the kids in from the under 21s and 18s who want to sweat blood for the shirt. This lot don’t want to run or put the hard yards in. They’re taking the piss again today. Running isn’t difficult, it’s the easiest bit of football.
If he does against Palace on Thursday and we lose, regardless of how we play, he's going to get killed for playing youth while in a relegation battle. It's a lose/lose situation.

But at this point, I don't see how Byfield or LWB could be any worse than Dragusin, VdV, Gray, Sarr, etc.

the sad reality is that our players are hopeless

I don't believe that. I also believe that the coach has a responsibility to make a credible plan to win or at least draw the game, and that none of our coaches going back to Conte have been able to form that kind of a plan for our players.

Our board/exec level discernment of what constitutes good coaching is direly lacking, and we are reaping our just rewards for that. I don't think our players have been sorted out into their best positions in the same formation except maybe one time this entire season, and seemingly that was by accident thanks to Franks endless shuffling of player positions.

The players haven't failed so much as they've literally got nothing useful to grab on to. Our coaches have been an absolute joke for three seasons running and now we have players that don't look like they know what they're doing- because they've been working on massively suboptimal strategies that whole time.

Some of you have such short memories and forgotten how coward we played under Frank. Granted we haven't won under Tudor, but we sustained a longer period of trying and attempting shots.

Nobody said it was easy, but under Frank I'm adamant we will be in a slump we would never get out. We are still in a slump, male no mistake, but the effort in trying to get out is definitely far greater we had ever have under Frank.

Just give us a slight good fortune I don't care, OG, opponents red cards, gvie us penalties whatever. An uptick in fortune, confidence and morale can do lots to drag us out.
Haha we don’t get given penalties. We’ve had two or three stonewallers dismissed

A lot of them probably dislike the fans and owners, us because we demand more, rightfully so as their record at home is embarrassing. We should receive more.

Romero also took aim at the board on instagram, and as a captain, he probably has a lot of influence on the group.

They have had it too easy for so long. Seems like Ange was fairly passive January onwards towards the players, as he was focused on the EL in my opinion. Thats not a good message to send to the players.

If I had to guess.
