One of our biggest problems is we're not going to attract a proven manager. Unless Poch comes back which i personally think is a bad idea..
He mentioned "not to accept defeat as something normal" when talking to the players after the game. Like we've all said, the players have got used to losing. It has become a habit. Somehow he has to change that around
Maybe not proven at PL level.

Now we have a straight shooter who tells it how it is. I know who’d I’d want beside me. I like the guy but he’s going to have to be a miracle worker to get this lot to perform regularly. He’ll get us there but it’s because we have slightly better players if they perform to their capable levels than Forest and West Ham.
We could have Pep and Klopp together and they’d struggle to get anything out if these charlatans.
Come the end of the season the squad needs ransacked.
