Wolves not bad odds.Top 5 odds tonight:
Chelsea 1/7
Man U 4/11
Wolves 15/8
Tottenham Hotspur 6/1
Sheffield United 22/1
I still think dropping those points against Man U is going to cost us in this mini season we are now in. Win that and we are now on 47 and they are on 45. Plus they haven't lost for ages and need a defeat to dent confidence.
I'm usually pretty positive but I think we will fall just short and finish 6th by a point or two and we will look back on the man u game as the one that slipped away (also playing shit for the majority of the previous 29 games too!).
That's the true crux of it.... Given the circumstances that was a useful result vs Utd. Most said we'd lose before the game so that's 1 point gained and 2 points dropped for them.
We'd definitely have lost if the game was in March, I fancied us Friday though. no defeats in the restart, cant complain about that. A clean sheet too, something, a bit like a win, that has felt elusive and so long since the last one.
Still agree with myself from March 1st.Still enough games to go, so... no 4th is not gone.
Looking at that, 5th would be a pretty good achievement from this point onwards."As it stands"
Liverpool 0 Palace 0
If Spurs fail at least let Wolves pip Chavs for 4thWolves not bad odds.
That Chelsea win stings
