Maddison form wasn’t good enough since he came back from his injury and he picked Eze instead, I can understand that. Grealish didn’t have a good season either.
What I don’t understand is taking shaw who is injured as the only left back. We have 5 CBs and 3 RBs, he could easily left out one of Konsa/Dunk/Gomez for a natural left back chillwell or Mitchell??

Not sure Poch is the man for the job tbh. His style requires a lot of coaching and repetition. Something international coaches just don't get.
Shame we couldn't get him, but I reckon Ancelotti could do a job getting a group of strangers to get results.
