Out of all the players that have played for us in the last decade Jan has the look of a coach about him.

My wish is that he manages Spurs in the future.

I don't know if he has the forceful personality and willpower for such a position though. He seems super chill, not a guy who would thrive trying to make 100+ people follow lockstep to his vision.

I definitely want him as a youth coach at Spurs at least though. Impart a bit of that Ajax finesse on to the Spurs youth.
