List of players who can sign pre-contracts. Not including the ones playing in the Premier League.

Bernard?

That the little Brazilian chap a bunch of us got excited about a few summers back?

Any ideas how hes been doing since?

...Given his age, pressumably he either bombed or is a 'contract rebel'?

Messi? ....Wdf???? ...Leaving on a free? What kind of Wenger level stupidity is that????

He doesn't sit on the bench though does he. He rotates within the squad. This is a pathetic argument used against us signing good players. Heard it all through the summer. Then we finished up with Llorente.
Have a word with yourself, please

Chav/City style wages BUY that kind of patience.

Perfect example being Batshuayi.... Who hasn't cut it regardless.

I hate that everything boils back down to money as much as you do, but thats the shitty world we live in.

Goretzka, Shaw and Barkley on frees.

Whatever money we have to spend on a striker capable of filling Kane’s boots.

Perfect summer window.

Seems to do well in the European competitions but I imagine he probably hasn't lived up to his hype considering he's still at Shakhtar whilst his other talented team mates have all left to bigger or better clubs. Plus I imagine him being 5 ft 4 doesn't help.

I still think it'd be worth the risk though. He's the sort of player that would get fans off their feet, small low centre of gravity with an abundance of talent - then again, you could just give Marcus Edwards a go.

We should reach out to Pirlo, to see if he would come and work with our young players. No disrespect to Scotty Parker, but imagine what they could learn from having Pirlo around.

Just thinking out loud here, but is there a risk that Poch could be blinded by his previous affection for Shaw and perhaps the desire to embarrass Mourinho by getting the best out of a player where Jose has failed miserably?

Then again, that might only go so far. We dropped our interest in Schneiderlin when the price got silly and scouted Dier instead, so...

TL;DR would rather get Sessegnon.
I can't see why Pochettino would want to embarrass Mourinho. I don't sense any real animosity there and I can't see why a professional would take a risk like that for petty reasons.
