If Kane were 100% fit we would need another striker.

I remember that we offered a decent fee but he hadn't played enough US games, Hoddle was a big fan ... had to look him up to see where he ended up, seems he did make it to the UK at Reading ...

Jack Clarke is 19. Unfortunately Leeds didn't see any idea of using/developing him after they'd sold him. I do understand Leeds but it was a slap in the face for Clarke. Still think he's got the potential though
Yeah he's 19 but still could, but its the fact that we signed him then loaned him back to Leeds, probably with the thought he would get some game time. He didn't, and mainly played in the youth squads. I mean did Poch even look at him or now did Jose wanna have a look at him?
I sit with a Leeds fan and he has said he showed some early promise but was never really stand out, in fact they had tried to sign Daniel James as competition for him. Since his "incident" something just hasn't seemed to click.
Then why accept the loan deal back, especially as Poch and Bielsa are so close?
I think this was before they extended the loan with Jack Harrison and also Helder Costa was brought in on loan. So I think Leeds prefered playing these guys, because they could possibly be bought later on. I actually think Helder Costa is joining permanently.
