Transfers January 2022 - Transfer Window

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Once again the only club more excited & happy about the outgoings every window.
“Wage bill reduced” banners at our next game. “Fortnite dele dismissed” flags.
Balancing the books comes before exciting good signings joining at the lane. At least we are original & different I guess.

How'd you get on at the ENIC-out protest today, Scotty?

......Good turn out?

.....Any pics?

.....Cheese n Pickle or Ham n Mustard in your packed lunch? :ledleylick:

Too many Levy sympathisers. Ask what the price is, show the money and get the signature, it doesn't take 3 weeks. If a player or club hasn't signed after you agreeing to what they want, turn and go. It means they were never interested in you.

There were a host of other players we could've tried to get instead of wasting 3/4 of a window one player.

Levy uses this tactic to make people think, "Oh he tried". Always low balling, knowing he isn't really trying to get the player.

So you saw we signed 2 first team players - that's 50% of all 4 first team players signed in total by the top 10 PL clubs.

Which just shows what an ill informed post you made.

Up to a point....but the real reason he joined pool over us is because of guaranteed champions league football and lets be honest, with the addition of Klopp at the helm they're a far superior club to us atm....
I'm not saying that didn't play a part. But if we payed what they asked and still player didn't want to sign immediately. Just leave. He ain't interested. But Levy doesn't pay what's being asked. He always Low Balls. So at the end of the day, he can say "I tried".

Post automatically becomes redundant.

What you're faced with is a load of people who have rationalised the situation and thinking critically and assessing the circumstances and basing their arguement from the evidence they've gathered, that doesn't make them an 'Levy sympathiser', an 'ENIC bot', an 'ENIC shill' or any juvenile words you wish to throw around.

Not everything is the club's fault, not everything can be Daniel Levy's fault, perhaps you ought to open your mind a little and think a bit more objectively rather than throwing those who oppose your opinion in the same lazy bracket.

How about we give this bullshit a rest for a change eh?

I don't know of anyone else after those two players. Except maybe Villa. They were offering less than us. And if you look, we actually offered more for Kulu than his market value. Levy saw the shit is going to hit the fan and did what he had to.

Doesn't matter, if our deals were good, mediocre or whatever. We fixed our squad a bit, added 2 guys that might work in place of ones that definitely didn't work, moved some deadwood and we are going to pay less in wages.
Meanwhile, Woolwich and ManU didn't do shit, they are much weaker through outgoings and signed no one. Like it or not, from all top 6 clubs we had the best TW.
Spot on mate. We made two sensible January signings that look like Conte choices. And we got rid of players with te wrong attitude who if still here would continue to infect our good players.

It is a good January window. It will be a different type, hopefully, of window in the summer where we might make bigger changes, but that is an entirely different window.
