Never worked and never will. The sooner everyone stops believing these shit fucking aggregators the better, they are designed for clicks and engagement, nothing more - they take things out of context all the time and post vague nonsense which causes a reaction and fans fall for it every time .
That's all very well and good my point still stands. People over rate their own eye for talent. They whinge like little babies when we don't sign players. Then they very quickly forget all that after said player fails to deliver but carry on the same the next time. It's even worse that they do it when the players DO sign for us and turn out shit.
I'd like to think clubs do a little homework before signing players. Get a feel for their attitude, ineptitude, career plans etc. Maybe we do look at these players which the media gets wind of, but then decide they're not for us and we move on.
All the fans see is a player we were linked with that we didn't sign and get the raving hump about it.
