I thought they had the deal agreed at 60m then got found out for tapping him up

They had to call the deal off, the extra 10m was a sweetener to Southampton who claimed they’d lost money due to city being ruled out of a bidding war

We're skint. There's no possible explanation or justification for how or why, but it is crystal clear with this Amrabat thing that Fabio Paratici does not have any money to spend.

You won't get a straight answer forget about it :D

People are happy to meltdown about players they've never heard of yet won't name the players that they think we should be signing, probably because deep down they know it wouldn't happen.

This was always gonna happen this window, people's expectations have totally gone crazy for some reason.

Any players for elite teams not in their first 11 would be good to look at. Players at Barcelona, Madrid, Bayern Munich, Juventus etc who want a chance to play football and not sit on the bench while playing in the strongest league in the World and under Conte. For example kulusevski is a payer we have been linked with. The extra ingredient is money.
