Have often wondered if he could convert to playing further back but when you see how important Sarr is and his endless running and covering defensively in transitions, I don't think you'd ever want Eze tp be tasked with that. Sign him as a L8/10 but not the R8 that we are looking to replace Hojbetrg with.

I don't watch CP week in/week out, so I'm not sure if Ezy is putting in regular performances that would justify what CP will ask for him. For clarity, I think it would be a good way North of the £50M being touted on here, now he's signed a new contract.

When I've seen him, his obvious quality is apparent, but is he consistent? I honestly don't know.

I've seen very few, if any, links to him recently, so does it even have legs? Does he have the character profile the club are targeting?

The encouraging thing though, is that we're being linked with young, talented players who, if we're genuinely interested, do have those traits, as it seems to be a prerequisite in our scouting.
