Well put but who his driving the negotiations? Surely all those listed except levy should have worked out what we need to pay to get a CB. If they know it’s gonna be closer €30M then they should have gone to levy and said we have identified the CB we need and it will cost that much. Levy shouldn’t be involved in valuations. He should just be signing off based on recommendations from all of the above.
