I'd guess it's odds on Romero and VDV and probs Big Ben are all fit for United. Dier and the RB that ain't a CB also available.

lawyers have been overseeing the paperwork which is normal practice and nothing has been signed yet as far as I’m aware which keeps the invitation open . This is agents play at work here is trying to milk as much possible from this deal by presenting his client with the lottery of choices which is his job. Personal terms have been agreed but Bayern have matched the deal you have to applaud them if they’re serious as I said yesterday as there’s a lot that goes into it. Spurs believe they can over see this wave and get this done time will now tell . I’ll post as and when I can let’s just chill peeps x

In all seriousness, the dithering and dragging their feet is what irritates me the most about ENIC and Levy. I said earlier (somewhere on this site) that they knew for months they needed a CB right away in this window. As soon as they sold Sanchez, they knew they had to have one lined up. And still, they couldn't be prepared in advance and couldn't have it all set for January 1. totally believable, but just as frustrating incompetence.

It doesn't really matter if you knew who he was.
We have a game on Sunday with 1 barely fit CB to our name. We needed at least 2 CBs brought in last summer.
We have a team of people specialising in identifying suitable players, and, by and large, they have done a decent job lately. None of us knew who Udogie, Vicario or VdV were. Most barely knew Porro either.
Fact of the matter is, we're desperately short at CB, and we may well have just given out rivals 3 points in a 6 pointer this weekend over a couple of million we could've agreed to a week ago.

Pathetic small club behaviour that Will never go away until Levy goes away.
