Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Back in the day when I used to play winning eleven on my PSP, the trick was to sell everyone over the age of 25, and buy everyone that was both young, and had an upward trogectory (as long as the improve stats overtime setting was on). Players like Pato, dos Santos, and that tiny Argentine, what was his name? Anyway, have a look at this and see if it reminds you of me and my PSP
Saviola.

You seem totally unaware of the level of talent in our team.

Who's the world class MF that you think we ought to be signing; or at the very least someone who has MORE potential to be WC than what we already have?
Warren Zaire Emery is the dream.

We will have to compete with that level of CM talent for years to come.

We need to upgrade on Bissouma. We need an elite lynchpin. Redondo may be the one.

Assume his new deal just had a higher release clause ? Do we know what it is ?
No one seems to know for sure but speculation that it is 60M - up from 35M in his old contract.

He more than doubled his wage to 100K quid a week (from like 45K) by signing a new 4 year contract in the summer - and turning down Blue Scum. Seems smart business all around - always smart to say no to Chavs and I assume Olise feels some loyalty to Palace for giving him his chance to play in the PL and wants the team to earn a decent fee.

So the question is whether Levy will be willing to pay 60M - and make Olise one of the higher earners at the club - and is Olise worth it? I think yes but will Levy/Ange.

Peak Dele Alli from 15-17 was fucking incredible. You should be ashamed of yourself. Honestly ashamed to call yourself a Spurs fan to act like peak Dele was not a monstrous player. He was not far off Jude Bellingham at that age.

Was certainly a great goalscorer and was one of my favourite players.

World class player though? 😂😂😂

Behave. Even at his peak he couldn't lace someone like Modrics boots. But sure, if in your simplistic mind goals equal world class status, sure. Dele Alli was world class 😂

The Maddison weve seen this season pisses all over him too.

A 17 year old kid living his best life in a PSG-bubble and a 20 y/o in his first senor season that has yet to set foot outside of Argentina.........

That's what our midfield is currently missing...... ?

.....That's the "lynchpins" you had in mind when playing down the abilities of our current crop of excellent MFs?

.........All that 'Spurs never had top players' rhetoric?

....And this bit:

Maddison/Bentancur and Sarr IMO

We must do better than that to win the league.

....And that's your punchline?????

Bless you; you have no idea how ridiculous this little side-quest of yours is, do you?

Olise will have plenty of suitors. I think the question will be more about picking Spurs over another club.

Hi, my name is Federico Redondo. I'm 20 yo and to date I've played 35 league games, of which 19 have been starts. My first season I played an average of 30 mins and in my second, 60. My team is a midtable side in Argentina.

And yet, cause my dad was a superhero, there are some on TFC who see me as the next big thing. I should be replacing Bissouma and I'm in the same category as WZE, even though the PSG wunderkind has over 50 league games to his name + a regular starter in the CL + now playing for France.

Pal, I'm not having a go at you and I ain't saying the great Fernando (one of my all-time favourites) has a dud for a kid but come on, let's be real...the vast majority of those talking about him know nothing about the kid and all they've seen is his HL reel.

Dig deeper and it seems pretty clear & obvious (no need for VAR) that he isn't yet ready for the top level and that unless he suddenly gets hit by a magic lightning bolt, he's at the bare minimum 3 years away from being in the convo for a role in a team like ours, let alone a starring one.

It is, in fact, incredibly meaningful, as it relates to the pursuit of one player: Conor Chavski Gallagher. Or as I call him, Nando’s.

We must expand our palate and expect more for ourselves. We must broaden our horizons and raise our standards to the highest level.

For £50m, Conor Gallagher is Nando’s. well known, well documented, consistent, safe.

And if all you’ve had is Chick King, Nando’s may seem like the end all-be all of food search.

But there’s Alain Ducasse out there. And we can’t get stuck on Nando’s when there’s Michelin starred restaurants to try.
