Nypan is rumoured to be on his way to some PL-club. Both Liverpool, Citeh, Woolwich, Villa and Chelsea is mentioned. Since that means he is probably not going to any of those, must mean he is signing with us, surely? :levyeyes:

I have rare peace of memorabilia a signed Pele shirt , now if the 15 million other ones miraculously disintegrate I will be quids in .

My Gareth Bale shirt might be worth something as I bought it before he made the big time , so it’s a Spurs shirt but with the number 3 on . Can’t be as many of them as there are Pele shirts surely

Not saying its common, but he's probably one of the best defenders outside of the top clubs. So I don't think its beyond reason that a team would pay it if they really wanted a defender - Chelsea, for instance.

Maguire, De Ligt and that walking injury (and wife beater) Hernandez were never worth that...and that ain't hindsight speaking, it was obvious at the time already.

Gvardiol probably woulda been a bit cheaper without the Man City tax. Still some way to go IMHO to justify his price tag, but then again Pep plays him out of position.

Some solid buys in the 30-40 mil bracket eg that Pacho from PSG. All about good scouting, due diligence etc...yeah, I know, we're Spurs.

Why would we go for him when we have gray and Alfie already plus berg. This guy is only on the radar bcos Bartley picked him for England. Prior to that no one had heard of him. For me he is prbly better suited to French league and intl footi than PL. He doesn’t have the physicality to play as a 6 in Ange’s system. We need real quality no cheap freebie punts like Gomez.

This is the biggest issue with any established premier league stars. If they are mid contract it is highly unlikely they will not already be earning more than we are willing to pay them. Unless they are desperate to play football they just ain't gonna come.

I mean obviously we've got wiggle room in our overall wage bill now, but would you risk upsetting the dressing room for the services of Jack Grealish? Don't think I would.
