Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Well some disloyal entitled so-called fans have got their way with the most untimely sacking of a top manager. Only Daniel Levy can explain why he did not give Mourinho even ONE season to prove himself while under constant attack from the anti-Tottenham press.

The entitled brigade on this forum can now look forward to mediocrity under Nuno Espirito Santo, the media have already picked for you, or even worse someone who has not managed for decades like Hoddle who talks nonsense in his tactical analysis on BT in games.

Levy is the new sack-race king outdoing the Russian in his lack of patience and foolish interference. He was the idiot behind allowing Jan Vertongen to leave Spurs for NOTHING rather than give him a 2 year contract. Vertongen is still first choice in Belgium's defence (with Alderweireld a great partnership lost for Spurs), the top international team in the world.

Tottenham will never achieve anything while Levy runs the club like this.
bore off to your basement and don't forget your roll of tin foil while your at it

Timing wise it’s too late so save this season, but I’m really glad we did it before the cup final.

We still only have a small chance, but that’s more than I gave us yesterday. So many of our players will be galvanised by Jose’s sacking.

This is from memory, but I think Utd won something like 9 out of 10 games following his sacking.

It must feel like being let out of prison for these players.
Sickened over the Super League shite, but putting that to one side we now have 6 PL matches and a final to just look forward to with the shackles off.

Expecting nothing from it but it's liberating compared to counting down the days for Mourinho to fuck off. Absolutely mad what can happen in 24 hours in football.

International football is a lot slower paced than the EPl so that's why Jan and Toby are still doing brilliantly but I get your point Jan wad definitely worth a new contract even for experience alone.

Levy finally put him out of his misery, looking at him on the side line during the last 10 or so games he looked nervous and sad and the players clearly weren't playing for him.

The footballs been shit, the selections & substitutions have been largely negative and baffling.

We all knew this was coming.

Doesn't change the facts we need to off about 10 players and start again though whoever we get in.

Jose won't be getting sacked anytime soon now.

fucksake.

Completely agree.

I’ll watch all the remaining games feeling a compete affinity to the club win, lose or draw. That’s been missing for months now.

Jamie O’Hara making a total twat of himself live on Sky.

Claiming Jose has done a great job getting him into a cup final and that we’re bang out of order sacking him before a final 😂

Utter bellend.

Nothing to do with him alienating players left, right and centre. Making the team play boring, negative and ineffective football or consistently making poor footballing decisions this year.

To the fans of other clubs viewing:

Yes it, and he, was that shit.

Yes we're relieved.

Yes we'll take our chances with Ryan Mason over Jose for the cup final.

No it cant be any worse.

End of lecture. Fuck off

I think Mourinho himself has realised in the last few weeks that he is yesterday's man. The raging, nuclear meltdown Mourinho that you'd expect to see after the Woolwich/Zagreb combo was replaced with a sad little shrimp. He realised his methods were not working, that his players didn't like him and that the sack was inevitable. He will never manage a top club again and he knows this now.

Any manager who would put more trust in Moussa Sissoko than Gareth Bale to win them a match, is deranged and should be sent to a mental institution.
