The average time a manager is in a job is 165 days. At the end of the season, he will be almost exactly halfway through the average life expectancy, of course, he should be judged on what he's done on the previous days in office. He might have done a brilliant job by the end of the season, are you saying he should be judged if he's been brilliant and won us the CL, FA Cup and got us 2nd in the league?
Mourinho words:
Jose Mourinho claims Spurs ‘can win Premier League next season’
No, I do not think Mourinho had a hand in Poch being removed, that's absurd, where the hell did you get that from?
An identity is something that's repeatable. It's synonymous to that particular team, Liverpool, City, Wolves, Leicester, Southampton, Burnley, Newcastle to name but a few play with an identity that defines them. In that list there are big differences to the identities but you know more or less how each of these teams are going to play win lose or draw. We play with no identity, no two games are alike and in many cases no two halves are alike.
If we have an identity, what is it? Describe how Tottenham play.
The trophies he won at Utd were the EL and League Cup. There was no open-top parade (there might be if we won those??) but this is the now boring and tiresome debate about the value of those competitions, the one thing that's clear is they are 100% not seen as an elite trophy however you choose to spin it. Stadia are empty whilst the teams play in the earlier rounds, only ever capacity is met in the final and even then I believe the League Cup hasn't sold out for nearly a decade! To win the EL first you have to fail to qualify for the CL. and no, this doesn't mean I don't want Spurs to win one of these. It's just it's not seen as an achievement by Utd, or else they would have celebrated it.
What is my agenda then mate?
