Why the fuck is the Spurs side of the internet acting like this possible signing is like the next coming of Christ?

I've got flooded with bullshit on my phone & I didn't see this kind of shit when Kinsky got Signed even when Forster is a HOWLERISTER...

This is embarrassing as a Spurs fan even if it's confirmed...I'm not jaded but all of this over a CB?!?!?

Can someone explain this to me???

Apparently, this signing is gonna change Spurs, it's the best thing EVAH, it's going to change the team forever, THIS IS THE BEST SPURS NEWS, I'm soo releived this transfer window hasn't been shit - I'm not posting my personal messages as reciepts but you get the jist.

My response has been wait till anything is confirmed cos we've signed some potential goodens that have turned to stinkers & it's not even confirmed yet.
