We don’t need more new rules, we need to go backwards to the 80’s rule book.
The only thing I’d keep is goal line tech.

And if a player does have to go off, then the player who committed the foul should be off until they can come on or be substituted. If a player is "injured" and needs attention, he has to spend 5 minutes of the pitch.
Messi would end up "injuring" players left right and center. And if a player does have to go off, then the player who committed the foul should be off until they can come on or be substituted.
They are trialing this next yearI do think that they should allow a temporary substitution if a player suffers a head injury or other type of injury that requires a longer spell of treatment. Rather than stopping the game for say 5-10 minutes you can bring on a player off the bench and if they injured player is deemed fit to continue they just swap back.
Regular subs obviously not affected by this.
No 3 - SENTENCES TYPED OUT IN FULL CAPS SHOULD BE BANNED AND THE GUILTY PERSON HUNG.
The guidelines are 30 seconds for a substitution and 30 seconds for a goal. There are usually 6 subs in the 2nd half so that’s 3 minutes right there.Injury time should be calculated properly they just make it up as they go along at the moment normally always much longer in the second half even if no injuries occurred in either half

Ball is in play for 50 - 60 minutes I thinkFair point but I'm not convince by the way injury time is applied I'd like to see a study into it, it's certainly been abused to benefit certain teams in the past.
They can only do that if injury time is properly accounted for. Otherwise late on players will go down "injured" knowing they will get to stay on AND run some time down.Allow a player to stay on the pitch, after he's had treatment.
The current ruling is just plain daft.
Shirts should be tucked in, shorts oversized, knee socks turned down at the top of the shins and boots should be black.
That's hockey. If a goal is scored with an attempt made within the 'd', it is a doal. Doals count double if the game ends in a draw or counts as a triple-score word in scrabble.
