Can you post a link that shows that THFC profits (not his salary)have gone to Levy and made him a billionaire ?

I don't believe they take a dividend from Tottenham Hotspur football club they are simply increasing the value of their asset much the same as Netflix do whilst taking a generous salary. He's a billionaire based on the value of his assets the main one being Tottenham Hotspur.

What people don't realise is the accounts that are published for the football club don't include a lot of the revenues that Levy and the fella with the boat acheive by owning the football club , find Daniel Levy on companies house and you will see there are several companies set up by him and boatman like the Tottenham Hotspur stadium Ltd etc, the assumption many have that profits from Anthony Joshua fights , NFL, concerts at the stadium etc will somehow benefit the football team are probably false, this revenue won't go through the same company so when people tell me they never take a dividend from Spurs it's technically true but they are still likely taking massive dividends from other companies they've set up off the back of Spurs.

Rarely I’ve worked for anyone who value profit as the priority as this leads to behaviour that puts money above all else.

Well you have been extremely lucky, sounds like service industry judging by customer satisfaction metric?

Most big companies prioritise revenue and profit over everything else and are actually pretty singularly focused in my experience. (Product/tech companies)

Maybe lucky, but worked for a couple of huge energy companies and they were like that. And worked for the two biggest tech companies in the world and they cared not a jot for money.

So that's a no then

With respect to your loaded question Steevee that's a no, in the wider picture it would be absolutely folly to suggest that Levy hasn't achieved a huge amount of his net worth through owning Tottenham Hotspur.
Agreed but to say he is leeching THFC profits is simply untrue.
Not saying you did say that.

Genuine question
Did Levy/Enix use THFC money /assets to set up these other companies?

I'd imagined they borrowed against the club to build the hotel and possibly some Housing development projects in Tottenham obviously they borrowed against the club to build the stadium which is being used not only for the commercial interest of Tottenham Hotspur F. C. They are managing the asset without directly taking a dividend out of it but creating other assets off of the back of it that they can absolutely take a yearly dividend from whilst taking a multi million pound salary and increasing the value of the the football club exponentially year on year.

Thanks
With all these companies floating about it gets a bit muddled

So do THFC own the stadium, hotel etc or are they owned by separate companies?

I think that the housing part is a separate company

I used to go regularly to owhl but then the lower capacity kicked in and it was difficult to get tickets. For a while I knew someone who got them for me but then I lost contact and did not go again for about 15 years. Did not think I would ever go again but then got Wembley tickets and now been twice this season. This is all due to Levy pushing ahead and building the new stadium. For that I thank him. The club lost out big time when the Premier League started and other clubs monopolised and got big money by qualifying for CL every year. We looked as though we would never be able to compete with them with our limited earnings capacity from a small ground. It has been hard these last couple of years with the new stadium needing funding and playing at Wembley. We are through it and it is disappointing that the team is suffering but we are close to being able to compete with the big boys rather being lumped with Villa and Everton.
Yes Levy frustrates me with the way he penny pinches and leaves transfer business to the last minute but I do not doubt he is an Asset to the club and without him we would still be playing Thursday night football and then not every year.
We spent big in the summer and still are not sure if it was good business. Yes I want 1/2 signings in January but know it may not happen. I do expect more activity in the summer but we could do very much worse if Levy left. Why would he leave? I cannot see any reason he would want just to leave and live off the sale proceeds. I think he will leave when he decides he wants to retire and no longer play an active part in the running of the club.

I read somewhere that even if Enic were to sell up that he would still want to be involved somehow

It could be worse if levy left but it could also be better as well although I suspect he won't leave anytime soon bringing in the sort of revenue that the new stadium will bring whilst being zero successful on the pitch.

He will never leave, he is like a bunch of squatters you cannot get shot of... I also believe the day levy, Lewis and enic do fuck off that they will keep the stadium and rent it to the club.
It's not ours I believe it's his, and he will fuck this great club of ours totally over. Remember the club payed for this stadium, the club is making the loan and finance payments not levy...it is and should be the clubs stadium...but you watch what happens

Posted this in the match thread and posting it here as well.

Blame the owners and the chairman for this collapse of form, this team has needed refreshing for years now, Poch never got the backing and Mourinho won't either.

Levys interview a few weeks back spelled things out pretty clearly for anybody who was willing to read it for what it was.

"If we were guaranteed top four every season it would be boring"

"Teams should stop obsessing about spending money"

It's looking more and more like our austerity transfer policy is catching up with us.

This is the level we deserve and will continue to be at under this ownership, they are taking the piss out of the supporters of this club imo.

I want them gone, they can't keep hiding anymore, it's on them.

Basically, making top 4 every season isn’t a priority to Levy. Seems like missing out on all of the CL money would be a mistake both for the lower quality football and missing out on additional revenue.

Get this stingy greedy capitalist cunt out

If you wankers were allowed to say that Poch took us as far as he could and it was time to go then it can also be said of this slap head.
