Oh well thanks I didn't see that. I have made quiche but I bought the pastry ready made, basically just make an omelette and pour it into the pastry base and whack it in the oven. I've done it quite a few times in the past.On the thread title , there is a poll asking if you ever made a quiche!

I’ve never actually made one , I love cooking but my mum makes a mean quiche so I never really make them as I’d rather just get her to bake me one then drop it off while its still warm!
