What’s with the booing by the dippers at cup final?
Genuinely don't know.... summit to do with Justice??

Either way, on a weekend where 2 Zeig Heiling Burnley fans got their karma... and the Everton fans who racially abused Brentford players' family also got what was coming, it seems strange that Liverpool avoided similar Karma...
Booing Abide with me & The National anthem may not be racially motivated, but it's stained with disrespect!
Maybe playing the one of a handful of opponents as odious as Chelsea gave them a free-karma hit!

A lot of Scousers hate and mistrust the establishment, especially after Hillsborough. For them the national anthem is a representation of that, and it doesn't represent them as a city at all, so they don't feel inclined to treat it with respect.

Surely they are not the only fans/ city that would have that sane mistrust of the establishment?
It seems like they are untouchable and you can’t say anything against them or you will be vilified. After they contributed massively to the ban on English clubs in Europe for 6 years. They seem to stay silent on that one?

The British government treated Liverpool pretty uniquely appallingly for a while, especially under Thatcher. Other Northern cities have similar feelings, United had that whole 'Republic of Mancunia' going on for example.

Hillsborough cemented that mistrust and they still haven't gotten over it. But yes there's a degree of the club trying to brush their own sins under the carpet (see Suarez t-shirts & Heysel) at times.
