I think he got 3 goals in his first 5 matches for Oxford, and then minutes seemed to dry up for no obvious reason - so this will be his 4th goal for Oxford this season..... and he is Oxford's top scorer.
To be honest... Looking at Richi, I would have had him at Spurs, and send Richi out on loan.

Dorrington and Moore both on the bench...
Moore and Dorrington got brought on at HT by their respective clubs. Dorrington apparently wasn't great but was playing through a knock most of the 2nd half.

Whether or not he is any good, it's really strange the number of times Alfie, as a CB, gets subbed on.
