Vert was brilliant there - Toby was a CB for sure but great footballer and still not bad at RBI think both Toby and Jan played fullback for Belgium often because of Vincent Company

Yeah, I really don't get the "we need a CB" crap. We absolutely don't. There is a question over Dragu, though I actually think he's a better player than we've seen under the fraud. He has been very good for Romania pre-injury. Spence can also stand in as CB. We have 5 recognised decent CBs and a load of back-up. We need LW and No.10!!!!!! Get Savinho and Eze FFS!!!!1st Choice: VDV, Romero,
2nd Choice: Danso, Vuskovic,
Back-up: Dragusin & Takei
Emergency Plan F: Davies & Gray!
On Loan: Dorrington & Phillips...
That's none TOO shabby....
I'd imagine we'd only go for Gheui IF Romero leaves, but otherwise, we're pretty well stacked in that dept.
Guy must weigh about 200kg. He's massive.Just saw a group pic in training of Luka dwarfing Cuti....worra an absolute brute of a unit. Can't wait for him to launch Saka into row Z.

He’s a man child. Had a huge advantage over his peers because of his physical size. A loan to the BL is a very good move for someone his age.I liked what I’ve seen of him and quite surprised that he’s going out. He looks physically ready and decent on the ball. I think this definitely shows Romero is going nowhere.
None of them will play for us, except possibly vuskovic and Moore. They're championship at best players. Not gonna lie or pretend.
I don't like it one bit.
Said it before, but big part of excitement and hope for better future in my eyes was linked to seeing potentially some breakthroughs of the clearly talented bunch.
Vuskovic, Phillips, Dorrington, Abbott, Hall, Ajayi, Devine, Donley, Keeley (sold), Moore, Yang, Scarlett, Lankshear
So that would make up
---------------Keeley-----------------
Dorrington-Vuskovic-Phillips-Abbott
---------Hall-------Devine----------
--------------Donley----------------
------Yang------------Moore---------
---------------Lankshear-------------
With even two substitutes of Ajayi and Scarlett
And now / soon all of them will be gone. I get that we could not keep ALL of them. But at least for few... I mean if Moore played last year. And Woolwich have found minutes for Nwaneri last season, why couldn't we? As things stand we are guaranteed that we have no positive surprises in the side raising their head. Best we can hope for is that Lucas and Archie (both 19) will kick on and take a step forward.
And all that without having enough of nailed on starters coming in on the fliplside (!) what exactly are we betting on in here?!?
Exactly. I dont get the annoyance. There's a reason you dont get many 18 yr olds playing centre back at the top level. He may be a unit but it doesnt mean he can read the game properly yet or have that nous that centre backs need. He'll make mistakes so let him learn about those somewhere else this season. He'll only be 19 at the start of next season. Woolwich fans were baffled when they kept loaning Saliba. You have to do whats best for his development. He’s a man child. Correct. Vuskovic looks like the one who will be able to comfortably step in. Moore has a big season at Rangers to grow into a man and at a place where there’s huge pressure every game to win. The rest won’t start a premier league game for Tottenham between themNone of them will play for us, except possibly vuskovic and Moore. They're championship at best players.
I do believe a loan to the Bundesliga will be massive in terms of experience but we should insert a call back clause just in case.Exactly. I dont get the annoyance. Fraud - the man who won us a European cup?Yeah, I really don't get the "we need a CB" crap. We absolutely don't. Every singel one would have won the competition last season under the same circumstances. The Demateo factor doesn't make you a good coach. Ange was very lucky and Im delighted with that luck.Fraud - the man who won us a European cup?
