Seems a lot of effort for a player who may or may not be worth it. I'm convinced we are only bringing him in to sell on next year. So I guess it will all boil down to how much we think it is worth the hassle bringing him in now versus the amount we can get for selling him in 12 months time.

For instance, this thread has helped me come to the obvious conclusion that we should keep Kane this year, because if he leaves on a free next year, he'll be a garbage spreadsheet signing for whatever no ambition club gets him.
