No. Merely pointing out the flawed logic of folks saying the fact that this guy was free is somehow evidence he sucks. That's not something to base a player analysis on. I don't know dick about him, so I'll reserve judgment until I see him kick a ball.

Flav was having a chat with an Israeli Spurs supporter on TFC who is likely more ITK than any of us and he reckons Solomon's better than Gil and Moura. Given than I really like Bryan, that gives me some hope that he's going to add something to our team.

Israeli fan thinks Solomon is great. Australians think Ange is the real deal. Korean fans think Son is the best player at spurs. There might be a pattern here.

The first is a single person and was speaking as an informed Spurs fan.

The second is a generalisation about a group (the number of which are undefined) who are likely not all Spurs fans.

The third ... well, yeah, fair point ... they'd sell their organs for a Sonny signed soap bar.

Yeah, very likely.

I think Flav just had him on because, as a Spurs fan and an Israeli, he's going to be better informed than most of us. It was an interesting conversation (and Flav didn't even ask him if he'd rather take one up the arse from Harry Kane or Peter Crouch - which is a staple sort of TFC question).
