Levy is desperate not to fire him because he's one of the very few managers that will not walk away and just accept what he is given without too much fuss.

Levys golden goose.
We don't know what the small print of his contract says. Maybe we would only have to pay him until such time as he began managing elsewhere.

Or maybe Levy is hoping to secure a transfer fee from Utd or Real Madrid for him?

100%

They pay the compo then

Admittedly it's a bit of "if if were a fifth..", and 2 results at this point is a quarter of the season, but if we hold out against the scum and beat Leicester then we're 3rd and only 1 point behind City.

This feels horrible. It's certainly the worst run we've had in a long time, and these losses have been painful. But Liverpool supporters wanted to Klopp sacked not too long ago, and we were taking the piss out of them for his failings. Pochettino deserves to sort out his mess.

It's barely October. What an entitled bunch of dicks we've become.

Maybe he would prefer to walk rather than be sacked, especially if would be suitors are watching. In that case Levy and Poch can come to a mutually agreeable payment and Poch announces he feels he can go no further with the squad and it's time for a fresh face to come in. Saves face, and money

we will need a major rebuild to the first 11,
think hugo will not be recover will from this arm injury. so its goalie, Left sided CH, CH, RB, DM, 6 players at least, will Levy give Poch £250-300m, would Poch spend it well ?
think Levy will workout the money that will be gained by spending X or Y and that's what he will spend
top 4 will bring in around £60M a season so why spend £250m to get the team back to that level

this mess has been going on since at least feburay and really most of last season we were playing poorly (getting results but play was poor)
if Poch couldn't change it last season what makes him think he could do it now, he had all summer to workout new ways to play, but its still the same
what happens in training, I can't believe they practice free kicks or corners(attacking/defending) so what happens he gets them fit, you need more than that

That’s what we’ve all called upon but it was understandable that he couldn’t do it straight away.
I hope Poch’s mind is still 100% at Spurs, if that’s the case I’m fine sticking with him for as long as it takes to reshape the team, but if he quietly wants to leave then he should leave.
