Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

this is a short clip of the team from my hometown (amazulu).
the goal is one of the goals up for goal of the season.
unfortunately you only hear of the odd player who managed to work a deal to get
out of the country and overseas because he knew a guy who could put in a good word
and get him out. steven pienaar is no where near as good as many of our other players
and look at bongani khumalo or benny mccarthy. really not what you would consider
an international sportsman. disgusting actually. so sadly some really talented individuals
will get looked over but oh well it makes for good football... enjoy this goal!!!
moses mabhida stadium, Durban, South Africa.

he's no Mbulelo Mabizela though is he...

wow thats a sore point for me. what a disgusting attitude he had when spurs
offered him the chance of a lifetime. such a waste of a potentially brilliant player.

what was the deal with him anyway?

did he go off the boil and start boozing or something?

bit of weird one but he just turned into a monster.
pitching up to training drunk or not at all. went awol from SA training camp.
he was captain of SA at the tender age of 21 and was destined for great things.
new coach didnt really utilise him at spurs and he turned to booze i guess.
after leaving spurs he tested positive for drugs and was banned from football
for some time. when he came back he still had a major drinking problem.
was arrested for drunk and driving and released from his club.
dont know if he even plays anymore.
