Every injury is different - you can’t tell with a ham, what you can say is there is a higher chance of re-straining it later on in a gameGetting through the game doesn't mean it was ever a wise choice. The whole time he was on the pitch he was risking injury, very clear he had not fully recovered now or been given enough rest time in general.
This isn't a Spurs specific issue tbf - I find it a worrying trend across the sport due to the amount of games and pressure/money involved. Bellingham seems to spend half his time being rushed back and wrapped up. Players will almost always be brave and want to get on the pitch but clubs need to take more responsibility for protecting their long term health.
