I think it's highly likely that whoever gets the job is going to be up against it and probably very unpopular with a large section of the fans.

Ten Hag and Potter at least fit what we need. Modern attacking coaches playing a Pep influenced style of football and making their teams more than the sum of their parts, ie they can work with weaker players. Not saying they will succeed but they fit a criteria for us.
The rest are mostly unsuitable. Gerrard is the weirdest, he plays decent possession based football with Rangers but he would either be a big success in which case he fucks off to Liverpool or a disaster.
Nuno is basically a nicer Jose dinosaur and the rest would make you want to throw up. To think Conte and Poch where mentioned at one point and now it’s Martinez really is something else.
