Massive tax cheat and apparently he has been living the life trying to see how much of his money he can burn. There is some speculation that he has burned almost all of his fortune.
But mainly it is tax evasion. The Brazilian state has suspended his passport due to unpaid taxes and fines and seized his properties and assets in Brazil. Which is why he was arrested entering Paraguay on a fake passport.
