Klopp has never lost a two-legged European tie since he’s been at Liverpool.
And yet 2 years ago Pochettino was the better manager in posters' eyes.
So laughable.

It's "Football in a nutshell" time:In a team game Liverpool have a team.
It's "Football in a nutshell" time:
When Liverpool NEED to score, they score.
When WE need to score, we concede... twice!
I mean, we would have done better if Kane, son, Bergwijn, and Sanchez were available. Probably Davies too tbh. Liverpool are practically full strength and apart from their keeper, haven't really had any major injuries all season. Yeah they're definitely way better than us anyway, but we are properly cooked right now with injuries.Yep, we are back to being average. No ifs or buts. We have nothing in my opinion.

When Henderson was out, they scraped a victory v West Ham, lost v Watford, lost v Atletico and lost v Chelsea. But, appearently, we're supposed to work wonders without Kane and Son...I mean, we would have done better if Kane, son, Bergwijn, and Sanchez were available. Probably Davies too tbh. He's an excellent manager but his Dortmund was in a worse state than Poch's Spurs. BOTH had exactly the same scenario to deal with, intense football & intense training with the same voice to the same players. And yet 2 years ago Pochettino was the better manager in posters' eyes.

Another difference is that BVB team still had significant talent throughout, with decent contracts and was underperforming. Our situation has the worst performers very close to being out of contract, crocked, or below the needed standard at their best. they changed to a manager of similar philosophy and we changed to a toxic dinosaur of antithetical philosophy. One club bounced right back and it is yet to be seen what the other does. He's an excellent manager but his Dortmund was in a worse state than Poch's Spurs. Cheaper to ditch the manger than the entire team (or is it?).

Best in the business imoOblak is an absurdly good keeper. Keepers don't get enough credit in general but this guy is properly next level
IIRC didn't he resign because he felt they needed another voice? If so, then perhaps that is why zorc and Watzke were ok with it. And yes it seems they would take him back immediately.Although deep down I know they would take him back tomorrow. They didn't fight to keep him at all
something we severely lack. Players safe in their position and hearing the same voice that can't bench them if he tried. .that's with them selling their top talent almost every year, that's to speak to the fact that they did have a turnover of players that can/should keep the squad fresh.
