Zidane on course to win another La Liga with the worst Real Madrid team in a generation against a Messi-led team

Anyhow who still doesn’t acknowledge him as a top class manager needs to think again

I'm going to put my hand up to this one and say, he may well be a better manager than I gave him credit for, but lets also not ignore that on balance, he's probably managing a RM squad that are overall better, and certainly more stable, than the current Barca squad, which is in a mess and has burnt through a few managers in the last few years.

It will be interesting to see if RM cope with the ageing/losing of the nucleus of that Ramos/Marcelo/Modric/Kroos/Benzema they way that Barca have had to as theirs ebbed away.

Eh?

Carvajal, Ramos, Varane, Militao, Mendy, Marcelo, Kroos, Modric, Casemiro, Valverde, James, Bale, Benzema, Hazard, Asensio, Vinicius, Rodrygo...

Yeah, poor Zidane. He's good manager. Not top 5.

They still have to play Norwich, Watford and Villa. If they lose those then they are back in trouble.

There's no way they lose to Norwich.

Villa play Liverpool today, they have United next and Everton and Woolwich to come.

Can't see them making up 5 points (West Ham have a better goal difference)

Norwich are down 100%

Neither Newcastle or West Ham are going down. It's gonna be Watford for sure. They have already given up, watch em play.
